بررسی ترکیبات شیمیایی و اثرات ضد میکروبی عصاره برگ گیاه برگ بو (Laurus nobilis L ) بر روی سویه‌های مختلف میکروبی

چکیده:

ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ آﻧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮑﯽ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ را ﺑﺮای ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻦ ﻧﻤﻮدن روشﻫﺎی درﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ دارای ﻋﻮارض ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ داروﻫﺎی راﯾﺞ ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﻮده اﺳﺖ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺷﯿﻤﯿﺎﯾﯽ و اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺮگ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی 100، 200، 400 و ppm 800 ﺑﺮ روی ﺗﻌﺪادی از ﺳﻮﯾﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮی ﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺎﻓﯿﻠﻮﮐﻮﮐﻮس ارﺋﻮس، ﻟﯿﺴﺘﺮﯾﺎ ﻣﻮﻧﻮﺳﯿﺘﻮژﻧﺰ، اﺷﺮﯾﺸﯿﺎ ﮐﻠﯽ، ﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮس ﺳﺮﺋﻮس و ﮐﭙﮏ آﺳﭙﺮژﯾﻠﻮس ﻧﺎﯾﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ روش اﻧﺘﺸﺎر دﯾﺴﮏ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻋﺼﺎره ﻣﺘﺎﻧﻮﻟﯽ ﺑﺮگ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮ از رﺷﺪ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮیﻫﺎی اﺳﺘﺎﻓﯿﻠﻮﮐﻮﮐﻮس ارﺋﻮس، ﻟﯿﺴﺘﺮﯾﺎ ﻣﻮﻧﻮﺳﯿﺘﻮژﻧﺰ و اﺷﺮﯾﺸﯿﺎ ﮐﻠﯽ ﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮی ﮐﺮد، ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮری ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ ﺿﺪ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﺼﺎرﻫﺒﺮگ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻧﯿﺰ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ در ﺣﺎﻟﯽ ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮی ﺑﺮ ﺑﺎﮐﺘﺮی ﺑﺎﺳﯿﻠﻮس ﺳﺮﺋﻮس و ﮐﭙﮏ آﺳﭙﺮژﯾﻠﻮس ﻧﺎﯾﺠﺮ در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ آﻧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏﻫﺎی ﮐﻠﺮاﻣﻔﻨﯿﮑﻞ )در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ30µg/disc(، آﻣﭙﻠﯽ ﺳﯿﻠﯿﻦ )درﻏﻠﻈﺖ10µg/disc(، ﺟﻨﺘﺎﻣﺎﯾﺴﯿﻦ)درﻏﻠﻈﺖ10µg/disc( و ﮐﺎﻧﺎﻣﺎﯾﺴﯿﻦ)در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 30µg/disc( ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﺎ اﺛﺮ ﻋﺼﺎره ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ اﯾﻦ آﻧﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﻮﺗﯿﮏﻫﺎ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻋﺼﺎره ﻣﺬﮐﻮر ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و در اﯾﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﮐﻠﺮاﻣﻔﻨﯿﮑﻞ و آﻣﭙﻠﯽ ﺳﯿﻠﯿﻦ ﺑﻮد. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﭼﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎط ﮐﺮد ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ، ﻋﺼﺎره ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺮگ ﺑﻮ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻮاد ﺿﺪﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺛﺮات ﺿﺪ ﻣﯿﮑﺮوﺑﯽ ﺑﻮده وﻟﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺿﺪﻗﺎرﭼﯽ ﮐﻤﺘﺮی دارد.

The antibiotic resistance has provided the ground for substituting the herbal therapeutic methods with less side effects than the customary drugs. This research was also done in order to study the chemical compounds and antimicrobial effects of methanol extract of Laurus nobilis leaf in the densities of 100 ppm, 200 ppm, 400 ppm and 800ppm on a number of different microbial strains including Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus and Aspergillus niger mold by disc dissemination method. The results showed that the methanol extract of Laurus nobilis leaf prevented from the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes and Escherichia coli bacteria, in a manner that the antibacterial effect of extract with increase of the extract density was also increased. while, it had no effect on Bacillus cereus and Aspergillus niger mold in the used densities. By comparing the antibiotics such as Chloramphenicol (in the density of 30μg/disc), Ampicillin (in the density of 10μg/disc), Gentamicin (in the density of 10μg/disc) and Kanamycin (in the density of 30μg/disc) as the positive standard with laurus nobilis leaf extract, it was specified that the effect of these antibiotics is more than the densities used of mentioned extract and in the meantime, the most and least effects were related to the Chloramphenicol and Ampicillin respectively. finally, it can be inferred that with regard to the gained results, Laurus nobilis leaf extract including antimicrobial materials has had antibacterial effects; but, it has less antifungoid effect
